How you came to faith: I have gone to church my whole life, until I moved to Ohio I belonged to the same church that I was raised in. When I was in my 20's I found that I was missing something. The world was pulling me and pushing me. I found myself doing some things that were less than appropriate. Partying was a way of life. But I knew something was missing.
Throughout these chaotic times I prayed and occasionally even attended my home church, but God was not at the center of my life. My aunt invited me to a Christian Concert; a speaker said something's that really moved me....I wanted more. I reconnected with Christ and began to learn how to put God at the center of my life. I did not change overnight, I stumbled and still stumble, but God was always in front and behind me. (Hence my favorite scripture.) I continue to connect with God throughout my Spiritual Journey. I am always amazed at God's grace and mercy!! Praise the Lord!!
Vision for Stillwater: My prayer for Stillwater is that we become ever more expansive for the kingdom of God. That means that we strive to connect people with God. All people matter to God and therefore to us!!!
Favorite part of working at Stillwater: My ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
My Story: I was born in Georgetown, I moved to Dagsboro a small town just 20 minutes from Georgetown with I got married. My husband and I have two children. I still consider my hometown Georgetown, even though it has been years since I have lived there. It is a small town where everyone knows or is related to each other.

Even when we weren't talking much.
